Additionally, having access to one of the newest malls in the area was a definite advantage, providing various shopping and entertainment options within walking distance. - Cleanliness and Spaciousness: The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the city. - Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. They went out of their way to provide recommendations for local attractions and consistently displayed a high level of professionalism. - Room Upgrade: We were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. It was a thoughtful gesture that added to our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and they were well maintained throughout my stay. The food was great as well and I would definitely recommend trying out their restaurant. Overall, I have to say that the intercontinental provided me with a great stay. The staff were very hospitable and the facilities could not have been better.
